Nancy Fabiola Herrera returns to the subscription season Orchestra Gran Canaria Philharmonic

The third subscription concert of the Philharmonic Orchestra of Gran Canaria will present next friday October 2nd, mezzosoprano Nancy Fabiola Herrera with a program entitled "Women of the East". The Singer will debut "Shéhérezade" by Ravel. In her words "This is a piece that i had been wanting to do for a long time and I am happy to do it for the first time with the OFGC".

The first part of the program concludes with a segment of the opera "Samson & Delilah" by Saint-Saëns that includes the famous Bacchanal and the aria "Mon coeur s'ouvre á ta voix".

In the second part of the program the orchestra will present another "Shéhérezade", the one by Rimsky Korsakov. The public will have the opportunity to enjoy both versions in this program.
